Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, please allow 2 to 7 business days for processing. Note that weekends and Norwegian national holidays are not included in the processing time.

If the choice was made to meet in person for delivery, the processing time is also 2 to 7 business days. The place of delivery in person is Oslo Central Station, unless agreed otherwise. Please make sure to leave your phone number at checkout for best delivery in person.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
